Play Yellow

Play Yellow for Children’s Hospitals

In 2024, we proudly announced a new partnership with Play Yellow for Children’s Hospitals, a national initiative uniting the golf community in support of pediatric healthcare.

The Play Yellow campaign was inspired by Jack Nicklaus’ support of Craig Smith, the son of a close friend who was battling bone cancer. Led by Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, in partnership with the PGA TOUR and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Play Yellow brings the entire golf world together to help the more than 10 million children treated at local children’s hospitals each year.

Through this partnership, the Clovernook Open joins thousands of golfers, tournaments, and organizations nationwide who are committed to turning passion for the game into hope for kids. Proceeds raised through our Play Yellow efforts directly support Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, ensuring that funds stay local while contributing to a powerful national mission.

Together, we’re playing for something bigger than golf—we’re playing for kids.
